“My interest in baking started off as a hobby, but through word of mouth I was rapidly approached to cater for birthdays, christenings and weddings. At the end of 2009 Poppy’s Pantry opened its doors for business. The business is named after my 2 year old daughter Poppy, and my fantastic walk-in pantry!
I have attained a Chefs Diploma NVQ2, Food and Hygiene Certificate, and undertaken many courses in Sugarcraft and Cake Decorating.
In my newly refurbished kitchen I now have the room to create and bake, and also to run my very popular workshops. My premises have been approved and registered by Horsham District Council and I have public liability insurance.”
